The Connected process is for the purpose of equipping believers with spiritual knowledge and disciplines in order to experience an intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and walk in the fullness of knowing Him.

A 3-Step Process for getting Connected...

Connected to Jesus

STEP 1: The very first step in the Clearwater Connection process is Connected to…Jesus. During this six-week journey, participants will be led on a discovery of how to be connected to Jesus. This will be an interactive learning experience where believers will learn basic Spiritual Formations. Important topics such as Salvation, Grace, the Holy Spirit, Prayer, Gifts, Lordship, Growth, etc. will be taught at a level in which all can understand & apply. As well, participants will be encouraged & challenged to follow daily devotions & record their daily experiences with the Lord. Connected to…Jesus will be a formative six-week journey you will not want to miss.

Connected to Clearwater

STEP 2: So you have made the big plunge into joining up with our church body or you are seriously considering becoming a member. If so, this 4-week journey will be especially important to you. During these 4 weeks you will be orientated to Clearwater BC, its facilities, pastors, programs, ministry leaders, outreaches, etc. You will be able to clearly understand the importance of church membership. Further, you will gain a better perspective of the church’s vision & see how to better become involved in Sunday school, worship, & missions.

Connected to Ministry

STEP 3: The last step in the Connected process is crucial. God has called the church to equip believers with tools necessary to lead a positively fulfilling life in Jesus. During these 5 weeks, participants will be taught about the importance and availability of getting plugged into ministry. You will have the opportunity to take a spiritual gifts survey and a relational survey to help you determine the areas God has gifted you to thrive in. As well, you will be informed of the ministries of Clearwater and outreaches CBC teams up with.
