Purpose:
Our purpose is to glorify God as we go with Him into the world leading people to know, love, & serve Jesus Christ.
Vision:
God has called us to be a Great Commission Church, which means we are focused on being a healthy church that functions as the body of Christ in five key areas: evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, worship, & ministry. Included in this focus is the desire to be a regional church that reaches those in our community & surrounding areas from Sweetwater to Cleveland with the gospel of Jesus Christ. To be a global impact church that reaches around the world with special attention given to unreached people groups. And further, to be a model church to other churches.

CHURCH STAFF
WAYNE BRYANT, Senior Pastor
Wayne Bryant has been the Pastor of Clearwater for over 13 years. He faithfully teaches the Word of God every week and gives direction and oversight to everything Clearwater. He and Susan tirelessly serve our church and community. They have 3 adult children, Andy, Beth, and Debbie along with Briana who is a freshman in High School. Their entire family serves at Clearwater.
JASON CRIBB, Associate Pastor
Jason, Jorie and Riley came to Clearwater from Georgia in June 2009. Jason serves as the Associate Pastor by assisting Pastor Wayne in leadership, administration, equipping, and ministering to the Body of Clearwater.
NATHAN EATON, Youth Pastor
Nathan Eaton serves as our Youth Pastor by leading, equipping, and ministering to students in our church and community. He and Belinda grew up at Clearwater and began leading this ministry more than three years ago.
ADMINISTRATION STAFF
PAUL GENTRY, Office Admisitrator/Worship Director
Paul Gentry joined the team as our new Office Administrator in September 2011. He, Tammy, and Kevin are faithful members of Clearwater and serve in many capacities. Paul leads the daily office operations at Clearwater. He also serves in Worship, Media, and other areas.
ALEX JONES, Office Assistance
Alex Jones is a full-time student at TWC where she is majoring in Education. She provides support for ministry teams and takes care of the weekly Bulletins and monthly News Letters. She is a vital part of our ministerial team.
PAM EDINGTON, Financial Secretary
Pam Edington is married to Mark and they have two children named Cody & Keaira. They are also faithful members of Clearwater and serve in several ministry areas. Pam takes care of our finances. She is an incredibly valuable resource to our team.
KATHY COBBLE, Custodian
Kathy Cobble has long served in this amazing role. She works tirelessly to make sure our facility stays clean and neat. Kathy, Mark, Brandon, and Jake have been serving at Clearwater for many years. She is an amazing part of our staff.
