Our Mission as a Church:

Purpose:

Our purpose is to glorify God as we go with Him into the world leading people to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.

Vision:

God has called us to be a Great Commission Church, which means we are focused on being a healthy church that functions as the body of Christ in five key areas; evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, worship, and ministry. Included in this focus is the desire to be a regional church that reaches those in our community and surrounding areas from Sweetwater to Cleveland with the gospel of Jesus Christ. To be a global impact church that reaches around the world with special attention given to unreached people groups. And further, to be a model church to other churches.

Strategy:

•Small group Bible study - Sunday School/Discipleship Training
•Worship - God Centered/ Celebrative
•Missions - Personalized/ Short-term projects/Pledged giving

Tactics:

•Become an equipping center where every member can be discipled and developed to his or her full potential for ministry.
•Move under God’s initiation and enabling.
•Use a balance of traditional and innovative ministries.
•Offer ministry for every age and multiple needs.
•Use Sunday School as our foundational organization for ministry.
•Plan worship to be God centered and celebrative.
•Personalize missions involvement.
